Dr Pratima, registered happily. Sent the money by NEFT. There are couple of problems while sending money bt NEFT. You have to provide beneficiary,s name which is not there in the form. The bank gives only one number something called UTR Number. There is no transaction ID.
There is no place called remarks after the details are filled up. Could not complete the form due to this. This might happen to others hence this mail.
Please see what can be done or correct me if I am wrong.

Dear Sir, Thanks for the observations. Beneficiary’s name=Dept of psychiatry; UTR number=transaction Id; as rightly pointed out the remark-option is not available with all banking software, so it is not essential. we will make the necessary changes in our instructions-before-registration. My bank software does not allow for spaces in Beneficiary’s name (in the first and last name field), can I just put Psychiatry or should I make the transfer in the name of Prof. Satish Chandra?

Some of the NIMHANS publications could be made available at a counter at the meet? ECT manual for instance?
